I had the fine opportunity of meeting Mr. Brian Rice in the early stages of the development of this mat. After literally going to his house and laying on the prototype on his living room floor; I was so impressed I immediately purchased 5 from him. I had no doubts about the healing that just one mat could offer if shared as a resource amongst healing and integrative bodywork communities.
The immediate feeling of relief and the lasting effects are like no other body, soul, spirit warming device I have tried. The best I can liken it to is the feeling after a nice long natural hot springs soak. The .01 EMF was a major factor for me in choosing this mat. The infrared heat is just plain – different. It is levels above other heating methods I’ve used and is very beneficial for my body. I lay on it for aches, pains, cramps, anxiety, depression, cold spells & winter, falling asleep, sleep issues, yoga nidra, meditation, therapy after surgery, inflammation drainage, lymph system drainage, and pretty much anything else my body is ‘aching over.’ In my experience and personal opinion, the mental health benefits simply from being able to feel the true bone soaking warmth are extremely beneficial and I would love to see people experiment more with this healing for possibly autism or mental health cases where calming is a helpful tool.
The mat allowed for my subconscious to make a ‘nest’, a safe space to relax, heal, and meditate more easily. I have been an avid user for over a year and have shared my mats with several healers in my community. I hope to share this product with as many people as I can and I love seeing others immediately feel relief. I support this product completely and honestly. I recommend it to everyone.
